How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Ziggurat Store (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

It's great for the price, the only thing is that it's a bit tight. I ordered the S because according to the measurement chart it should fit a little loose, but the truth is it sticks a little to my body; I recommend a slightly larger size if you want the oversized effect. I give it three stars because one of the arm pieces came with the inner elastic broken (the one that holds it), so it falls off every now and then if it's not fixed.
I have to use this, you know. If you comb the wig properly, it looks really nice haha. From now on, I have to fill it out. But how many people will you truly meet in your lifetime who truly understand your feelings? When I was in elementary school, my friend's name and phone number were used to forge the address on the express delivery label. I think there were about 50 people. Was it about 100 people? Mother has a father. My father has a mother. (It's not me.) There are definitely thousands of people or celebrities appearing on TV. I am not like that. To me, no one will ever appear in my life. Because there won't be anyone who can see these 'hero pants green'... People who can't see them won't truly connect.
Really good cosplay for the pricing honestly!! I am an xs, and everything fits good but the arm holes. The arm holes were extremely loose and open. Will probably need to personally sew based on your body type, unless your fine with baggy arm holes, wig doesn’t come with the one i chose, so make sure to check which one you buy! (also came a lot earlier than expected!! Yay!!)

It's made of a simple, very nice, but somewhat tight material. You should buy a larger size than usual for you.
The cosplay was good! Much better than amazon lol. The short are too tight, definitely get a size up! And the frilly stuff around the arms near the armpits is itchy, the belt dosent come with anything to keep it in place. All things are fixable, and overall it's a good cosplay!

The shirt was a bit small for me, but the rest of the suit was perfect, very cute, and a good material wig.
It looks bulky in the photo (it’s not i’m just wearing an undershirt incase it was too short but that’s not the case lol). The costume is good- it’s a big cheap feeling but that’s because it is so it’s good quality for now much it is. The shorts were a bit tight (just a small bit) and getting my head through the hole of the shirt was also a bit of a task but otherwise fine. It’s fine and it feels okay after a bit of adjusting and getting used to the texture ! ! The delivery was perfectly on time and it felt pretty quick. It arrived on the first day it said it was supposed to so that’s good!

The cosplay us very cute and it fits me very very well ! ! For the price, the quality makes sense. In my opinion, the belt is a little too flimsy, but it's nothing craft supplies can't fix. The hem for the shorts are also a little bit bunched, but it's not as noticable. The cosplay also came with a wig (unstyled) which makes the price reasonable and nice (i didnt wear the wig in the photo, just the cosplay) ! Overall the quality 4/10 because it was all polyester, but the price, items, and value increased it to 7/10 ! (please ignore the messy bg i just moved into this apt lol)

Good product. A weird black stain but otherwise it’s not bad. I recommend ironing it. It fits well and not too tight or too baggy. The wig is in perfect condition too.
Bought for a friend and he said it fit really good he wears a s and i bought a l, the arm pieces were a bit big but can be fixed with safety pins.
The cosplay is really good besides the fact that you have to clip on the bow thing with a safety pin, all in all it is good and the price is reasonable.

I really liked it, cosplay is super comfortable and with beautiful details, I just expected the fabric to be thicker, but the price was already expected and I didn't like the belt fitting, it's kind of difficult to adjust, but except for that, I loved the size that matches the size on the table and the length is very large, so I will have to make some modifications.
