Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Ziggurat Store (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

Good quality but the sizing is not at all what it says on the app. I tried to send it back and get a refund but it never worked. I tried to buy another one in a different size and it never arrived.

I am a woman with quite a few curves, the problem is that the pants did not fit on the back, the top and everything else, it turned out wonderful, I ordered size XL.

Really good shipping, customer service was quick and kind, they changed the size i ordered because i ordered the wrong size by mistake and did so free of charge!! Quality is really great, feels good and doesnt feel like its gonna rip or anything, fits nicely and is very accurate to the character. The belt was a bit difficult to figure out but i got there in the end, the wig isnt as long as the actual characters hair but thats probably more practical, however it does come unstyled aside from the braids so youll need to style the rest yourself. Only issue is that the necklace came damaged and i cant use it but thats no big deal i can just diy one. Definately recommend :3
The quality of the cosplay is very good! I am 1.58 tall and 55kg, the size I ordered fit perfectly, not even more, just follow their table that everything goes well. It came without any damages and well packaged, it arrived before the deadline.
The cosplay is of good quality, but I took it too small, I forgot that it would fit smaller, the pants were much too small and the top was tight and difficult to close! The seller is very nice, he helped me find a solution.
The cosplay came in better quality than I had imagined. The price is very good!!! It was very beautiful on my body, the pieces came in perfect condition and are very easy to fit. I bought both hair accessories, the maleable one and the hard one that looks like a knife, and this last one is LINDO! Very satisfied with everything about this product, it turned out beautiful on the body! I have 1.54 and 55kg. I bought the M and it worked well even though I had a little more butt and thigh, just because the fabric doesn't have elastic, the movements are a bit limited.
The quality is high! In italy i am a s/m si è, but i hard to take a xl and it fits, the top is slightly large but it’s ok. The belt is a little bit ruined, but i’ll management to use it anyway
